Design/Build & Design/Assist

Years ago, when Safety standards were more relaxed, your equipment and lighting choices were limited, and robots or automation processes were still Science Fiction dreams, you could get by hiring just about anyone to wire your new manufacturing plant. Today that’s no longer an option. The new rules from OSHA, NEC, and local municipalities can make a simple expansion project a very daunting ordeal.

That’s why you need Pieper Electric. We’ve been Designing, Building and Maintaining manufacturing facilities everywhere for more than the last six decades. We can help you with any size project. We have our own in-house engineering and CAD technicians, as well as, the most qualified project production teams anywhere. We can take these so-called Daunting tasks and simplify them, giving you time and energy to focus on your specialty, whatever that may be. Contact us for a free consultation.

New Construction

At Pieper Electric, we understand relationships. Sometimes our customers have relationships with building contractors and construction managers whereby these teams of people work with the owner to assemble a building for them. In those circumstances, we can lend our years of experience and know-how to help complete these projects within budget and on-time.

When it comes to working with general contractors or construction managers, we’d rather be friends than enemies. In fact, we’re a member of their association, AGC of Wisconsin. As a subcontractor to these folks, we’ve found it’s much easier to complete a project when the group is working together. By staying involved and close to the GC’s and CM’s, Pieper Electric has earned their trust and thus, has gained a reputation as a top-quality contractor that owners can feel good about.

Remodeling & Facility Changes

Sometimes all your facility's electrical system needs is a tweak, such as a changing a service, or an addition. Maybe, all you’re doing is remodeling some interior plant offices, or relocating a machine. No one is more equipped to help you than Pieper Electric.

Our service fleet has over 80 fully-stocked vans. A large portion of the projects listed above could easily be produced with the materials stocked in our vans. By keeping materials on the vans, we can keep job costs low by eliminating time wasted by traveling to pick up materials from supply houses across the city. The vans are regularly restocked when components are used.

At Pieper Electric, we specialize in making small jobs cost effective and efficient, so the next time you need a small project completed, call a contractor with the appropriate resources for your job. Call Pieper Electric.
