Project Management Intern/Co-op

Pieper strives to bring on new management potential by way of internships and co-ops to add growth and new areas of opportunity to our company. These positions, designed to be flexible to the students' schedules, are reserved for construction management and engineering students who want a career in contracting and show a strong potential for exhibiting leadership and managing people.

Project Management Trainee

Opportunities for new graduates are available for construction management and engineering alumni. The position will consist of a number of challenging work experiences designed to give the individual a well-rounded view of Pieper Electric and a deep exposure to the contracting business. The management trainee will work directly with a seasoned project manager to obtain the best on-the-job training experiences available. Opportunities for advanced are extensive for the right candidate.

Project Manager

Seeking an assertive, multi-tasking supervisor with 4-5 years construction-related experience, comfortable with managing risk, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to plan ahead and problem solve. Must posses a 4-year degree in engineering or a construction related field or have equivalent training through an apprenticeship knowledge/experience in estimating. Scheduling, and budgeting is essential.
