Since 1947, PieperPower has grown from a staff of four employees to several hundred men and women, with more than 125 fully-stocked service vans.

In 1988, the firm expanded its services by acquiring Ideal Plumbing and Heating, and later the Joseph Wittig Company. Together Pieper and Ideal offer today's widest range of services -- electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, temperature controls, and energy management.

Now customers can call one number for the replacement of a light switch or repair of a leaky faucet to a full coverage service contract on all building equipment. But regardless of the area of involvement, our focus is always the same -- customer satisfaction.

Training is critical to this strategy. That's why each year over 80 percent of our engineers and field specialists participate in a continuing education program. In total, our people spend over 10,000 hours annually in classroom study, learning the latest skills and techniques in their field.
